Venue Only Package
Our Venue Only Package is perfect for the DIY bride, the bride who has her own caterer and vendors or a bride who needs a little more wiggle room in her vendor plans! Please be aware that The Manor does not allow clients to bring in their own hard liquor in any of our packages, only beer, wine and champagne may be brought in and an insured, professional licensed bar tender must always be used.

*White wedding chairs are the plastic and metal folding chairs, not the upgraded resin chairs.
**Please be aware that in our Venue Only Package that we do not set-up or clean-up any tables, chairs, decor or trash.

All set-up and clean-up must be done on the day of the event and ALL clean up including trash removal and rentals must be completed by the client by midnight.
